2004: Goodtrans Overseas Services Co., Ltd. was established.

2006: Goodtrans Hai Phong Rep. Office was established.

2009: Goodtrans Ho Chi Minh Branch Office was established.

2011: Goodtrans Da Nang Rep. Office was established.

2012: Goodtrans Overseas Services Co., Ltd. was changed to new name Goodtrans International JSC.
